At Sophia Savalas, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

Return Process

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SoaringWithSophia@Gmail.com. Include photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed, only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
